Overview

Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items returned within the 14 day policy, are subject to a 25% restocking/repackaging fee, deducted from the return amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all pieces including any hardware.

Non-returnable items:

  • SCT Programmers that have been opened.
  • Downloadable or Emailed software products including digital tune files, or PDF guides that were sent via email or the cloud.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Refunds

Begin by contacting us to get prior approval for any desired return. Include the original order details so we can find your order, and your reason for the return.

If your return is approved upon inspection, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It may take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Cancelled orders

If you wish to cancel an order that you have already placed with us, there is a 5% cancellation fee due to the fees charged by the credit card merchant that we cannot get back after you have placed an order. As long as the item(s) have not shipped then we will refund the entire order amount including shipping fees and tax, minus the 5% fee.

It may take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your credit card or bank account.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to get started.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Shrader Performance, 3200 Lowell Rd., Suite A, Gastonia NC 28054

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
